1. Purchase proposal ring from Dreian, the Wedding NPC in Elderine. Prepare wedding application (1 for each party) that is available for purchase.

   

2. Select your spouse-to-be and make a proposal using the ring. Once he/she accepts, the proposal is conceived. The applications must be presented within 3 days of accepting a proposal.
