The basic type MILES_DIGITAL_STATUS describes the current state of the digital audio.
| Value | Description |
|---|---|
| SMP_DONE | Sample has finished playing, or has never been started. (Debugger value: 2). |
| SMP_PLAYING | Sample is currently playing (active). (Debugger value: 4). |
| SMP_STOPPED | Sample has been stopped/paused. (Debugger value: 8). |
| SMP_FREE | Sample has been freed back to the system. (Debugger value: 1). |
| SMP_PLAYINGBUTRELEASED | (Windows and MacOS only) Sample is currently playing (active), but the hardware digital handle was released by a call to AIL_digital_handle_release. When the digital handle is reacquired, the sample will begin playing again. (Debugger value: 16). |
