Victus Terms of Service - Please Read Carefully

Notice: The following Synergy Gaming Terms of Service govern basic interacting within the Synergy Gaming games and website. All users of Synergy Gaming Services MUST follow these Terms at ALL times without exception when interacting with any aspect within the Synergy Gaming Service. You must know of these Terms, all applicable laws and basic rules of etiquette, common courtesy and common sense when using the Synergy Gaming Service. The Synergy Gaming Staff Team has the right to suspend, remove, revese and final judgment of how to enforce these rules and guidelines to any specific circumstance or situation, including proper punishment with or without exception. We may take any action and impose any penalty we deem necessary to discourage any violation of these Terms or any other illegal or inappropriate conduct. The determination to whether a violation has occurred and who is responsible for such act are within Synergy Gaming Staff Team’s discretion, and are based on what we deem best for the community. We reserve the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, with or without prior knowledge to change, modify, add or remove any portions of this Terms of Service at any time.
Basic Rules: When using the Synergy Gaming Services, you must abide all the following terms. The following are the basic rules of conduct govern all player interactions and activities within the Synergy Gaming Network.
i. While playing any game within the Synergy Gaming Service, you must respect the rights of others and their rights to play and enjoy the game. You may not defraud, threaten, sabotage other players in any way, shape or form. This includes posting insulting, offensive, vulgar, racist, hateful or abusing comments about players on Forums or over Shouts/Roars, repeatedly sending unwanted messages, reporting players maliciously, attacking a player based on race, sexual orientation, religion, heritage, etc. Hate speech is not tolerated.
ii. You may not market, promote or advertise through the Synergy Gaming Services.
iii. You may not directly or indirectly encourage or direct other Synergy Gaming Members to violate the Terms of Service, Rules of Conduct or any other applicable real world laws.
iv. You may not post on any Synergy Gaming Site or Ingame any link to any website containing sexual material or content which could harm or disrupt another user’s personal network or computer.
v. You may not exploit any bug, feature, or design within the Synergy Gaming Service. You may not use and/or share information, whether real or fictitious, regardless of intent or if grants an unfair advantage. You may not communicate in any way the existence of such exploit to another user, and you will report any such exploit via the bug reporting process found on the Synergy Gaming Sites.
vi. You may not attempt to interfere with, hack into, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Synergy Gaming Services.
vii. You may not use any form of software that attempts to be a middle man, automate or sends information to the server which results in bot-like features/actions.
iix. You may not interfere with another players client in any way, shape or form which could include the folllowing : Binning a player, whether intentional or not, Hacking their Client which would alter their files to break the Client or any activity which would otherwise force a player to redownload Victus in order to play once again.

Aggreement:
By clicking "Login" you then accept and acknowledge every part of this document in full, without omissions and understand that all game items are owned by Synergy Gaming and that you are merely using them for your own game enhancement. You also agree to this document in whole, in which any response, traffic, message, announcement or any other related actions by us at Synergy Gaming are subject to change WITHOUT your consent, acknowledgement, understanding and prior warning, you give us the right to do what is needed to keep the server alive and functional as intended.
Kill Stealing: The decider of this rule is basically the gap of time between the first attack (Player A) on a monster and the second players attack (Player B), if Staff find the time between sufficient enough for the second involved player to walk away or avoid the monster, then action will be taken as deemed appropriate by Staff.

Please Note: World Raid Bosses do NOT fall under the same rules with Kill Stealing.
Exploiting: If you (as a Player) discover an issue within the game and fail to notify any Staff Member or report the issue to be fixed, the Player will face at minimum a 3 DAY BAN and up to a PERMANENT BAN. Use your brain, if you feel something is too good to be true, it probably is, don't think we wont catch you, we see everything. I will personally be vigorous on monitoring all logs, take this as your warning.

Please Note: We have a Zero Tollerance Approach with Exploits, however, decisions are left to Staff and are final.
Raid Sabotaging: Anything which causes a Raid, Dungeon or Instance to break due to Game Features, Settings, Actions or any Player Activity of the given Boss, Dungeon or Area that Breaks It, Resets It, Disables It or Alters It in any manner that isn't intended is in direct vilation of this Rule.

Please Note: We have a Zero Tollerance Approach with Exploits, however, decisions are left to Staff and are final.
Punishments / Consequences: Here at Synergy Gaming, we have a Zero Tollerance for repeating offenders, with all cases being handled on a Case by Csse system. We wish players experience our service as best as possible with the most outcome, however, we will act on any Exploiting whether Minor or Major with harsh punishments.

Ban durations can be anywhere form 3 Days to Permanent, depending on severity. We will do our best to see through a circumstance and whether it was accidental or not, if we find malicious intent, we can and WILL ban you with or without your knowledge. All bans are handled on a Case by Case system, as a result, if something feels too good to be true, it probably is.
