The versioning of Skin Lab skins explaination:

First 3 Numbers are the current phpbb3 version that the skins will work with
ie: 3.0.6

Last Number is the skin version
ie. 1 or 2 or 3 or 10 or 11 etc
 
So the whole version number is 3.0.6.1

That way we can easy identify the phpbb version that the skin supports and know 
if the skin is up to date.
